STYLE: Fall Lip Color

I’m honestly not a huge makeup person, but recently I have become a fan of adding and changing my lipstick or gloss. A pop of color on the lips can really change your look, and it’s about the most glam I go for majority of the time. It has felt like a simple way to feel a bit more “dressed up.” We’ve mentioned Breanna before, and how we love that she’s local, natural, and basically awesome!! I’m biased to her luscious lip glosses. They are shiny, have great color, moisturizing, long lasting, and don’t smell or taste funny. I really do just love them!! I have several colors and I wear them every single day. Well Breanna recently created a vegan lip stain for Jenny of Confessions of a Hairstylist, you can read all about the story here. Since the creation of the color Jenny, Breanna has created several more (see above). Aren’t the colors beautiful?! At first I thought they were a bit too bright and “colorful” for my taste, but then I saw them on. They are gorgeous!!!

I wanted to show you today how applying a single one of these lip stains in different ways can give you so many options. I love the deep, rich color in the plum shade* pictured below for fall.

*You can purchase any of the lip stains pictured.  Currently just Jenny is shown but any color can be ordered.  Just make sure to specify color in the notes section when checking out… hello hot pink! 😉

Elisa is a native Arizonan by birth and a Seattleite by heart. She is a wise, spirited woman who loves feeling the sun on her face, but also enjoys cold rainy days, complete with a cup of coffee and a good book or conversation. After graduating with a Masters in Counseling Psychology and seeing clients for a time, she took a hiatus to love on, play with, and offer copious amounts of hugs to our little girls, Malia and Jayden. She is now back working at Socorro Counseling and Consulting in Downtown Phoenix. Unafraid to laugh at herself and able to see the beauty in others, she makes everyone feel at ease, making her a genuine friend, therapist, and wife. Give her a cute pattern and a sewing machine or some spray paint and a piece of furniture and they are surely to be transformed into some warm piece of art that brightens our living space. She also finds creativity in cooking, making household cleaners, and anything Pinterest. In short, Elisa is stylish, wise, thoughtful, creative woman who makes everyone around her a better person, including her husband (who wrote this bio).
