Oh, hello Fall. We are all so happy to see you again! We can finally carry all the kids through the grocery store parking lot without working up a sweat. And we can send the kids in the backyard to play without worrying about them overheating. AND we can shut off the A/C and start saving money on the electric bills. Hallelujah!
If you are not yet taking advantage of this beautiful Arizona fall weather… what are you waiting for!? Get out there and soak it all in. Here are a few of my favorite places around the valley to bask in the 70 degree temps and enjoy fall weather.
This hidden gem is the perfect place to meet for a morning playdate. It’s a coffee shop in a cute historic house downtown. The backyard garden has picnic tables, ride on toys, and a big playset for the littles to enjoy. Not to mention, it’s totally instagrammable, inside and out.
Located in Downtown Phoenix, Luci’s serves all-day breakfast and boasts a beautiful lawn to enjoy it in. The kids can play while you sit and enjoy a mimosa. Your trip to Luci’s wouldn’t be complete without a sweet treat from Splurge, located right on the same property.
This one is a bit of a drive for us North Phoenix moms, but so worth it! The Farm has picnic style meals, so the little ones can explore the pecan groves between bites. They also hold classes (the Toddler Test Kitchen sounds fun!), live music events, and a farmer’s market every Saturday.
The courtyard between OdySea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland is a great gathering spot that offers a ton of entertainment. Weekly wrestling matches, free movie nights, dino days, snow days, and live music (just to name a few.) Bonus: a lot of these events are admission free!
So grab a light sweater and your fall-loving mom friends and add these places to your bucket list for the season.
