The Best Neighborhood Christmas Lights in Phoenix

Here is your neighborhood Christmas Lights round-up for Phoenix!

Christmas Eve Luminarias in Moon Valley – 1344 W Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA

Start from Thunderbird Rd and Coral Gables Drive, and go north on Coral Gables. Follow the lights and the cars!

Moon Valley is a small neighborhood in North Phoenix, and the entire neighborhood displays hand lit luminarias along the streets and driveways. They also have decorating contests, so the residents go all out with lights. It only happens on Christmas Eve, though, starting just after dusk. It gets very crowded with cars, and some people pull party boats or hayrides, but it’s a lot of fun and is a festive atmosphere! You drive slowly, the residents have bonfires and parties in their front yards and say hello or hand out candy canes as you drive by.

North Phoenix Lights – 18639 N 1st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027, USA

From Union Hills, turn North on 2nd Avenue then East on Rockwood Drive. Christmas music is planned to start Dec 10.

Reminders from the neighborhood: We’re just one house, not a whole neighborhood. Help us keep the peace with our neighbors by not blocking driveways or walking through other yards. Thanks.
