Community Leadership Program

AIT’s Community Leadership Program is a national, non-partisan, civic engagement program that equips underserved women across America with the skills, knowledge, resources, and relationships to become effective citizen advocates and community leaders. In 2024 we are partnering with companies like P&G and Pfizer and community organizations like YWCA Metro Phoenix, Vote Riders, and more to equip women for advocacy in Arizona. To make the event as accessible as possible, free childcare, interpretation, and transportation will be provided on request.
