Keep Your Teen Safe on the Road: DrivingMBA Hosts Open House During National Teen Driver Safety Week

Phoenix, AZ – In recognition of National Teen Driver Safety Week (NTDSW), DrivingMBA is hosting an open house at its Scottsdale and Glendale locations on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Arizona ranks as the 10th deadliest state for teen drivers, and with the second-highest number of car crash fatalities recorded in 2023, this event offers critical insights for parents and teens to improve driver safety.

DrivingMBA’s open house will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how advanced simulation technology is used to teach teens safe driving practices and reduce the risk of collisions. The event will feature:

Simulator Demonstrations – See how DrivingMBA’s programs prepare teens to navigate hazardous driving situations.
Interactive Experiences – Test your driving skills with state-of-the-art simulators.
Referral Program – Earn gift cards for referring friends and family.
Gift Certificates – Save up to $250 on select programs.
Educational Resources – Learn about the dangers teens face on the road and how to prevent crashes.
Snacks and Giveaways – Enjoy refreshments and participate in fun giveaways.

Maria Wojtczak, owner of DrivingMBA, stresses the importance of early and comprehensive driver education:
“The statistics for teen drivers are alarming. Inexperience, distractions, and peer pressure make them highly vulnerable on the road. We aim to provide teens with the skills and confidence they need to stay safe.”

According to the CDC, teens aged 16-19 are three times more likely to be involved in fatal crashes compared to older drivers. In Arizona, between 2013 and 2022, 543 teen drivers were involved in fatal accidents. In 2022 alone, 72 Arizona teen drivers lost their lives. Parents can make a difference by enrolling their teens in structured driver education programs, setting clear rules for phone use, and leading by example.
