On Saturday, Dec. 2, Phoenix City Grille is pleased to present an exclusive Blue Run pairing dinner, hosted by Trey Wade, consumer experience curator for Blue Run.
The dinner will also feature Phoenix City Grille’s private barrel selection of Blue Run. This single barrel bourbon is one of only 65 single barrels being released this year under the exclusive Chosen Program.
Upon arrival, guests will receive the Camp Mariposa welcome cocktail featuring Blue Run High Rye, crème de cacao, marshmallows graham cracker maple syrup and toasted marshmallow.
Menu is as follows:
First Course: Kabocha Garbure — roasted piquillo peppers, pepita chimichurri and pomegranate featuring Blue Run Trifecta Straight Bourbon
Second Course: Buttermilk Chicken — green chile corn cake, Oaxacan maple glaze and green bean slaw featuring Blue Run Reflection Straight Bourbon
Third Course: Linz Heritage New York Strip Loin — smoked bleu cheese duchess potatoes, pickled mushrooms, brandy and peppercorn demi-glace featuring PCG Private Select Blue Run Single Barrel Bourbon
Fourth Course: Bourbon Banana Pudding Panna Cotta — brulee’d banana, spiced cashews and salted peanut caramel featuring Blue Run Emerald Straight Rye
