We are looking for a front receptionist at our North Scottsdale Location!
Duties include but not limited to: welcoming/ checking in patients, collecting insurance information and copays, answering all business phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork, keeping the office tidy and clean and other office responsibilities.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in breastfeeding, which is helpful with new patients calling in with questions and scheduling appointments accordingly. The candidate must enjoy working with babies, young children, new moms and dads.
Candidates MUST be outgoing, fun, energetic, and the ability to multitask. We are looking for candidates who are self-disciplined, team players, adaptable, optimistic, and trusting.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:45AM – 5:00PM, and Friday 8:45AM – 2:00PM.
