When I was little pudding cups were my favorite afternoon snack. I used to make chocolate cream pies with whipped cream and put graham cracker crumbs right in the snack cup. I love pudding and s’mores almost equally as much. It wasn’t a giant leap to adding some marshmallows to create these delicious s’mores pudding cups.
When I was out shopping the other day I found these wonderful SUPER pudding cups and thought they would make the perfect treat for two. And with Easter just around the corner I was excited to find brightly colored dehydrated marshmallows. Don’t they look like little Easter eggs sitting in a basket? You can find them right in the hot chocolate aisle.
With your SUPER pudding cups and marshmallows you’re only a couple ingredients away from assembling these adorable edible Easter baskets.
Ingredients
chocolate pudding cup
dehydrated mini-marshmallows
graham crackers
chocolate licorice
Directions
Mix about 1 tbsp. of mini marshmallows into your pudding cup. I just used the regular white ones for the mix-in portion.
Sprinkle the top of your pudding with graham cracker crumbs.
Top with a few teaspoons of the colored marshmallows.
Place a chocolate licorice in opposite corners of the pudding cup, making a handle.
All that’s left is to pair them with these adorable banana cream pie bunny cups for the perfect Easter treat.
We love pudding pie for holidays; easy and oh so delicious. What Easter favorites does your family enjoy?
