When I was little pudding cups were my favorite afternoon snack.  I used to make chocolate cream pies with whipped cream and put graham cracker crumbs right in the snack cup.  I love pudding and s’mores almost equally as much.  It wasn’t a giant leap to adding some marshmallows to create these delicious s’mores pudding cups.

When I was out shopping the other day I found these wonderful SUPER pudding cups and thought they would make the perfect treat for two.  And with Easter just around the corner I was excited to find brightly colored dehydrated marshmallows.  Don’t they look like little Easter eggs sitting in a basket?  You can find them right in the hot chocolate aisle.
