Premama Prenatal Vitamin Drink Mix {Product Review & Giveaway}

All you pregnant and nursing mommas out there need to try this! Premama Prenatal Vitamin mix is a doctor-recommmeded mix full of essential vitamins and minerals.

Some benefits of Premama include:

  • nausea relief  (Next pregnancy- I can’t wait to see if this mix helps!)
  • all natural
  • 6 calories each
  • gentle on the stomach

It’s quick, easy, and tasty! If you hate those prenatal horse pills, or just want something different, this is the vitamin to try.

 Each daily dose comes in one easy packet. You can drink the packet in one or two servings. I love how small and convenient these are to throw in your purse or diaper bag.

Just pour the packet into your favorite flavored drink (lemonade shown here)! Stir and drink! You do have a bit of vitamin taste, but nothing that changes the flavor of the drink too much. I also tried the mix in cranberry juice and it tasted good as well! I pretty much only drink coffee (which Premama says to avoid putting mix into caffeinated drinks) and water, so the only downfall to this vitamin is I have to make sure I have a flavored drink around.

However, I must say, I will be using these vitamins from now on. It’s much easier to store these little packets then have a bottle of giant pills sitting on my counter!

Check out Premama’s website: to order and for more information.

We are giving away a free 30-day supply of Premama! (A $25 value!)
