North Phoenix Moms Blog is thrilled to bring you Neighborhood Guides presented by Ashley Richards of Pinnacle Capital Mortgage. Our series begins with a hometown favorite, Desert Ridge.
Desert Ridge is a master-planner community located off the Loop 101 and Tatum Blvd. This is one of Arizona’s largest master-planned communities and is projected to house more than 50,000 residents. Besides the beautiful desert landscape and amazing homes, the neighborhood has lots of great parks, restaurants and shops which are highlighted below. We hope you and your family enjoy!
