Today and tomorrow are National Day(s) of unplugging. We hope you will join us in attempting to set down your computers, phones, ipads, notebooks, and TV remotes is attempting to unplug. It’s only two short days. The hope is that you will be more present with yourself and your family. Try it! I think you might find much joy in being a little quieter and more attuned to the laughter, needs, desires, and play in yourself and your family. If you do attempt to join us, leave a comment about what you did with your family instead checking your email, FB, twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest.
