I am a big fan of Trader Joe’s. A lot of my weekly meals for my family include Trader Joe’s products. I live for their fall launch every year, and I stock up on my family’s favorites. I think I have purchased and tried almost every single fall product they offer and these are my top 6 Trader Joe’s fall finds:
Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix
This mix makes the most delicious pancakes I have ever tasted. They are buttery and sweet and have a subtle pumpkin flavor. I am not joking when I say that I buy 10 boxes to last us an entire year until Trader Joe’s restocks in the fall. Big fan of these!
Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli
Trader Joe’s has the best selection of ravioli around, but this is one of the best they have. This ravioli make the most perfect fall dinner – it’s a yummy blend of pumpkin and cheeses in a colorful ravioli shell. I love to toss mine in a little butter, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese. I sometimes even serve it over an arugula salad. Yum!
Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Coffee is life, and this coffee adds the perfect fall aroma to my morning routine. I like to make it as is, or sometimes I mix it with a regular blend coffee to lessen the pumpkin flavor. Either way, it’s so good with half and half or Nut Pods creamer and cinnamon on top. For us Arizona people, it’s still warm out. Currently I make a pot of this, put the coffee in the fridge, and have iced pumpkin spice coffee.
Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese
The title says it all…OMG this dish is amazing. The best part is that you can bring it for lunch to work and easily heat it up in the microwave. My husband and I stock our deep freezer with these to enjoy all fall and winter. I like to add a little pepper after heating it up. So good.
Savory Corn Pie
The start of fall means the beginning of chili season. This is a great and delicious alternative to cornbread and it goes great with chili. It has Anaheim chili peppers in it, which adds just the right amount of heat.
Harvest Spaghetti Squash Spirals
Man is this one good. Spaghetti squash is already one of my favorites, but Trader Joe’s makes it super easy to eat and heat up quickly. The sauce on this is delicious and perfect for fall – it has rosemary, thyme, butternut squash, pumpkin, and parmesan cheese. If you have more than two or three people in your home, you will definitely need 2-3 bags of this to feed everyone. Shave some extra parmesan on the top, serve with bread, and a salad – dinner is served!
If your mouth isn’t watering, you need some fall and pumpkin in your life. Run, don’t walk, to Trader Joe’s now! Happy fall y’all.
Oh my goodness! I’ve been wondering about the Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese! Now I have to go get some!
You forgot about the best Fall item of all! The Pumpkin Joe Joe’s!
Can’t to try some of these! Especially the pumpkin ravioli (over arugula!!!) and corn pie 🙂
