HYPOXI :: The Smarter Way To Get The Body You Want

When I arrived at the studio I was greeted by the wonderful staff and was taken back for a short consultation. I was weighed, got my measurements taken, and also had a 3D scan done. Once the intake was complete, I was walked to one of the two Dermology rooms. When I first walked in I saw a suit lying on the table that, to me, looked like it could be a space suit. I wasn’t quite sure what I had gotten myself into, but the staff was amazing and assured that I would enjoy this!  They helped me into the full body suit, zipped me up, had me lie down, and then hooked me up to a machine.  As I was lying there, air was being removed from the inside of the suit, to make it nice and snug.  For 20 minutes, I felt as though I was having a nice big body hug, coupled with hearing air bubbles pop from my thighs to my waist.  At first it was a bit of a weird feeling, but with lights dimmed and meditation music playing, I absolutely loved my 20 minutes of soulful rest.

After the Dermology session, I was given another suit (shown above) to sport, and was put on the treadmill and hooked up to the Vacunaut.  This machine targets the stomach and hip areas, which were the target areas I wanted to address. There are also two other machines at HYPOXI that target other areas, pending your goals and body needs.  For the next 30 minutes, I was on my treadmill working up to my target heart rate, which was calculated as part of the initial intake and consultation.  For the last 10 minutes I needed to keep this heart rate steady to get the best fat burning results.  I completed 12 sessions with HYPOXI.

Now, for the moment you’ve all been waiting for … After 12 sessions I am down 4 lbs and have lost 2.25” around my waist, 2.75” in my stomach area, and 1” in my hips.  This means I’ve lost 6″ total! I see a slow hello to my pre-baby bod coming!  I can absolutely and honestly say I would do this again in a heart beat.  My results are not only visual, but my skin has become tighter through my midsection, and I’m feeling great.  One thing I really love about HYPOXI is they don’t claim to the be the magic potion. They strongly encourage a healthy meal plan and exercise on days you aren’t in their studio in order to achieve best results.
