Today we have a simple DIY from local AZ mom + photographer Jessica Flecky of Flecky Fotography. You have seen other awesome How To’s from Jessica HERE & HERE!
It’s that time of year when the cool weather really brings the need for a hot cup of yummy stuff in our hands. We have put together a quick how to on putting together a Hot Cocoa Bar that will have guest going back more and more for pics/refills! Be warned that this is SUPER easy but its that the best anyway! Am I right or am I right?!
CHALKBOARD – We recommend chalkboard style signage so you can easily customize toppings and ingredients for guests. Our easel was from Michaels and chalkboard labels were from Hobby Lobby.
TOPPINGS – Make sure you have plenty of fun toppings for guests to make their drinks extra tasty. Ours included mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, brownie marshmallows (ummmm HELLO) and Pirouette Chocolate Fudge Sticks.
DETAILS – Just the cutest jars, scoops, spoons, straws and table cloth (fabric) from Hobby Lobby! Fresh flowers added a sweet something too. Also we ordered kraft cups from Amazon. A beautiful antique tray to place them on added a lovely gold touch.
DECOR – A banner or bunting is a MUST!!! I especially loved all the gold touches throughout this Hot Cocoa Bar.
RECIPE – This was literally just Swiss Miss Mix and 2% milk and guests where asking for the Pinterest Recipe. Hehe!
And that’s it! 5 tips to making a Hot Cocoa Bar that will have everyone saying HOW CUTE! Happy Hot Cocoa Day y’all!
