Pink. Gold. Black and white… what’s not to love about that color combination and this fun and adorable Valentine’s Day Dessert table? When I found this black and white striped gossamer fabric, I just knew I had to have it for my dessert table! However, I still wanted it to scream modern and Valentine’s Day so what’s a girl to do but add some gold glitter and a dash of pink?! I gotta say I love the outcome of this color combination.
To bring in the pink I added a cute little garland made out of napkin rings and fake roses from the dollar store. I picked out pink taffy and pink mini unicorn pops from Oriental Trading. I knew that I wanted to add some fun DIY glitter candy dishes too. While at the dollar store, I also stocked up on one of the most traditional Valentine’s Day candy, conversation hearts. Oreos and cupcakes were also put out to round out our dessert options.
The gold glitter fabric was a lot of fun. I pinned it to the wall to create a frame for this adorable love printable which is available for free on Jenastreet.com. Another touch of sparkle I added were these adorable vintage inspired buttons. The heart banner and cupcake toppers were fun details as well. I love that they are heart’s which scream Valentine’s Day but with a modern twist because they aren’t pink!
