PhxArt Family Funday returns, activated by free admission, live music, art-making workshops, and specialty food and drink experiences inspired by newest installation The Collection: 1960-Now, including:

•Participate in collaborative art-making installation Painting in Space with artist Nick Rascona (@nickrawsart), inspired by the work of Alexander Calder whose work is on view in The Collection: American Modern
•Storytime with Phoenix Public Library (@phoenixpubliclibrary) for early learners
•Tour the City of Phoenix Public Library’s bookmobile and learn about available resources
•Dynamic dance performances with BlakTinx Dance (@blaktinxdance), where Arizona-based choreographers will present solos, duets, and group pieces blending traditional and modern styles, including folklórico, contemporary, jazz, and African dance
•Puppet performance of Hotel Saguaro by The Great Arizona Puppet Theater (@greatazpuppets)
•Watch art, music, and spoken word collide with performances by Phonetic Spit (@phoneticspit)
