Fire & Ice: A Diageo Paired Dinner at Renata’s Hearth

Please join us for a memorable evening of deliciously crafted modern Latin cuisine at Arizona Biltmore’s Renata’s Hearth — where modern magic and ancient tradition merge to create a unique dining experience. Each course will be perfectly paired with a featured Diageo spirit. Diageo focuses on creating products, tastes and experiences for you to enjoy and celebrate the big and small moments. They own brands you know and love like Don Julio, Ketel One and Tanqueray.
This one-night-only dinner menu will take you on a journey from refreshing flavors of cucumber and strawberry, to the spice of jalapeno, and sweetness of Mexican chocolate. See the menu below for the four-course meal and paired cocktails you won’t want to miss.

Guests are asked to arrive by 6:30 p.m. and should check in at the Wine Cellar. Dinner will commence in Renata’s Main Dining Room at 6:45 p.m.
