Easy & Healthy Breakfast Idea {Naked Nutrition}


Are you looking for an easy, high protein breakfast idea for you and your family? Introducing Naked Oats by Naked Nutrition….we tried it and we are excited to tell you all about our new breakfast find!

We ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Oats. The oats can be used to make a smoothie by blending two scoops with water or liquid of your choice (we used almond milk) OR the oats can be used to make overnight oats. Both ways were good, but I preferred the overnight oats. I just added almond milk to two scoops of Naked Oats and left it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, it was ready to go! Naked Nutrition also offers a Green Apple Cinnamon Protein Oats and a Cinnamon Roll Protein Oats flavors. All the Naked Oats offerings are Gluten Free Certified.

Each canister is packed with 9g of fiber and 20g of protein per serving! Take a look at the ingredients for yourself and see how awesome these oats are. We find that if we start the day with a high protein breakfast, our energy levels are up, we don’t get super hungry later, and we make better food choices throughout the day.
