Easy Easter Bunny Fudge Recipe

We love fudge in our house and always eat a ton of it when we go back to Michigan in the summer. Of course nothing compares to fresh Mackinac Island fudge but this is a fun alternative to help curb our cravings. My boys also love that they can customize it with their favorite candies and sprinkles.

Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need from the store or maybe you have some of this stuff buried in your pantry!

  • 3 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups of chocolate candies of your choice (I used 2 cups of mini Easter Whoppers and 2 cups of Easter M&M’s)
  • Easter sprinkles

  • Mix white chocolate chips, butter and condensed milk in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for one minute and then stir. Continue to microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each time. It took me a total of 2:30 to get everything completely melted.
  • Add the chocolate candies and mix well, reserving half a cup.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8×8 pan that is lined with parchment paper.
  • Top with the remaining chocolate candies and sprinkles.
  • Let the fudge set up for about 4 hours or pop it in the fridge to cool faster.
  • Cut and enjoy!

There’s lots of variations to this recipe so have fun with it and get creative. The fudge will last about 7 days in a sealed container but it never lasts that long in our house!
