St. Francis Xavier has Preschool (3’s) through 8th grade As a Jesuit school celebrating nearly 80 years, we are also enjoying a newly constructed, state of the art campus.
As a Jesuit Catholic School we bring a strong sense of mission into every aspect of our school community, including everyday practices and decision-making. After 8 decades in Phoenix, many of our families have attended St. Francis Xavier Elementary School generation after generation. From our Pledge and Prayer in the courtyard every morning through our aftercare each afternoon, your child will be steeped in a sense of family and connection with students, teachers and staff.
Our curriculum and instruction are aligned with diocesan standards including the Superkids Reading Program and Eureka Math for Preschool – 2nd grade. (Happily Ever After is introduced to Preschool students as precursor to the language arts program). Specials for all students include Spanish, Art, Music and PE.
Beyond our talented and dedicated teaching staff, St. Francis Xavier Jesuit Elementary School has instructional aides and a reading specialist in Preschool, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade classrooms, along with a licensed counselor, school nurse, librarian, technology coordinator and math coordinator.
St. Francis Xavier Jesuit Elementary School offers an aftercare program that is child centered providing students the opportunity to play, complete homework and participate in activities all within an age appropriate enrichment.
