Thank you to everyone who came out to support the launch of our Neighborhood Groups! Our friends over at Modern Milk graciously opened up their beautiful space for our event, and it was so amazing meeting everyone and making new mom friends + connections. We’re doing a Neighborhood Groups Launch Party Recap to share some incredible photos by Chrissy Delacy of Let Me See You Sparkle Photography, and to highlight a morning’s worth of community, dialogue, celebration, and fun!
At out launch party we helped attendees get signed up with their corresponding Neighborhood Group on Facebook so they can stay updated for all future get togethers. Our monthly playdates will also be posted on our calendar, and we hope to see you at the September playdates!
There is a playdate taking place for each Neighborhood Group:
North Phoenix | Central Phoenix | Scottsdale/Arcadia
North Phoenix Moms (and a few Dads!) mingled and munched on some yummy snacks including cookies from The Baked Equation, doughnuts from Rainbow Doughnuts on 7th St., and Tea2Go High Street. Some of the kiddos were even lucky enough to score a sweet treat 😉
We also had some amazing local companies provide giveaways to/in each of our Neighborhood Groups. Musicology gave away a 6 week session of music classes to our North Phoenix group (they are also currently doing a giveaway on the blog here!), Scottsdale Parenting Group gifted a free membership to one lucky mama in the Scottsdale/Arcadia group (their first class of the year is September 1st and your first class is always free!), and Skin by Kayla gifted two free skin treatments to the moms in the Central Phoenix Group.
If you missed out on the party, you can still join your local Neighborhood Group and make some new mommy friends! We hope to see you at our first official playdates happening in September!!!
